Tiffani Helberg is the Vice President for Communications at Community Health of South Florida Inc. (CHI), a non-profit health care company. She has been with the organization for more than 10 years and has helped to make major strides in branding, public relations, marketing and more. Under her leadership, the company has received both local and national media attention. Helberg has implemented successful television, radio, newspaper and digital marketing campaigns, increasing the number of patients at the organization. Beyond that, she implemented sales/customer service training to help improve customer service delivery and give employees more confidence to educate the community about CHI services. She is also a realtor at Premier Elite Realty. Helberg spent more than 15 years in journalism.
Prior to CHI, she was a reporter at CBS 4 News in Miami where she covered everything from education to politics, health care, crime and even investigative reports. Her reporting has helped to right a lot of wrongs and expose important issues and problems over the years. One of her most rewarding stories helped to reunite a mother with her four children after the family was separated during Hurricane Katrina.
Helberg has previously worked anchoring and reporting for a number of television and radio stations, including work as a Washington D.C. Correspondent. She has also worked for several newspapers, including the Chicago Tribune. The award-winning journalist has interviewed hundreds of notable people in her career, everyone from Presidents to celebrities. She was recently named one of South Florida’s most powerful and influential black business leaders by Legacy Magazine.
